Hosting FAQ

How is hosting billed?

Hosting, email, security, backups, and most add-ons are billed monthly. Domains and SSL products are normally billed yearly.

Do hosting plans include email?

Yes. Hosting plans include business email with mailbox quotas, webmail access, spam filtering, aliases, and forwarder-ready records.

Can customers manage mailboxes in the portal?

The portal has a dedicated email section for mailbox usage, quota management, password reset, webmail access, and create/delete actions through server APIs.

Do you show fake domain availability or services?

No. Domain checks, provider syncs, and service records stay empty or setup-required until real integrations are configured.

Where do CyberPanel and WHMCS credentials live?

Only in server environment variables. They are never exposed to the browser or stored in customer tables.

Is Safari a tourism package?

No. Safari can only be used as hosting package branding, never as tourism content.
